Employee Programs
Our employee programs set us apart from many other employers. We want
to reward our staff for their years of service, help our neighbors in
the communities we serve, and listen to employees' suggestions. In
addition, we have programs in place to promote health and wellness
initiatives to our staff. Of course, we also love to have fun! In this

The commitment and loyalty of our employees is very

employees' dedication contributes to our company's success,
and we are happy to thank them by rewarding their hard work
through our seniority reward program at their 5, 10, 15, 20,
and 25 year anniversaries. Employees celebrating one of
these milestones are able to choose from a wide variety of
wonderful, useful gifts.

communities we serve. Not only do we donate to different
charities on an annual basis, but we also encourage our
employees to donate their time and efforts to worthy causes.
Our community service program, &Amigo's Heroes& rewards
employees for their participation in community involvement
events. Employees who participate in at least 5 company
sponsored community service events earn these bonuses:
- Name on the Heroes plaque.
- Desk memento.
- 1/2 day comp time.
- $500 donated to the established charity of the
employee's choice.

At Kingsway Amigo, we want to know what our employees
think! We have a suggestion program where employees can give
us their thoughts on improving processes or saving the
company money. We take each suggestion seriously, and they
are all responded to on a quarterly basis. “out of the box”
ideas are rewarded monetarily.

Our employees' health is important to us, so we have
started several great ways to help them increase their
consciousness about their wellness. These initiatives
include on-site exercise programs, basketball hoops, biggest
loser contest, health fair, regular wellness communications
to interested employees, health insurance incentives for
completing sponsored wellness programs, and more!
