Bodily Injury (BI)
This coverage pays for death or serious and permanent injury to others when you are legally liable for an accident involving your automobile.

Collision
This coverage pays for repair or replacement of your vehicle if it collides with another, vehicle flips over or crashes into an object, regardless of who causes the accident.

Combined Single Limits
Amount of liability coverage that combines property damage and bodily injury into a single limit of coverage.

Commercial Auto
Coverage for vehicles owned by and used for businesses, commercial institutions, and professional organizations.

Comprehensive
This coverage pays for losses from incidents other than a collision, such as fire, theft, wind-storm, vandalism or flood. It also covers damages caused by falling objects or hitting an animal.

Garage Keepers Liability
Coverage that provides protection to the customer’s vehicle while it is in the care or custody of the insured.

General Liability
Coverage protects business owners against claim of Bodily Injury or Property Damage arising at your property or from your business operations.

Limits
An insurance coverage limit that is selected by the insured and it’s the most the insurance company will pay for damages or injuries that apply to the coverage. Minimum limits vary from state to state.

Medical Payments
This coverage pays for medical expenses for accidental injury up to the limit of your policy. It covers your medical expenses, plus those of your family members or passengers, regardless of fault (unlike bodily injury insurance).

Personal Injury Protection or PIP (also called no-fault coverage)
This coverage pays for medical expenses and, in some cases, lost wages and other damages regardless of fault. “This coverage is currently a mandatory coverage in the State of Florida.”

Property Damage

Rental Reimbursement
You may receive reimbursement for auto rental up to a specified limit, which is contained in your policy. It applies if you get into an accident and can no longer drive your own automobile.

Roadside Assistance Coverage
Provides service such as towing, flat tire change, locksmith service and battery jumpstart to customers who can elect the service for an additional premium if it is not already included in the insurance policy.

Towing
You may add towing coverage to your auto insurance.

Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM)
This coverage pays for bodily injuries to you, your family members and any other person occupying your covered automobile, should they be caused by the negligence of an uninsured or underinsured motorist.
